• Not use Lockers to distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Not mislead users about the content being locked or requirements to unlock
• Not use Lockers to phish, scam, or deceive users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Locker Restrictions

We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict access to any Locker that violates these Terms, infringes on third-party rights, or that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful. We may do so without notice and at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Tasks

Lockers may require users to complete tasks on third-party platforms (such as social media follows, subscriptions, or monetization offers). We are not responsible for these third-party platforms, their terms, their availability, or any issues that arise from their use. Users must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms they interact with.

6. Monetization & Earnings

Earnings Overview

Users may earn money through our monetization features by having visitors complete tasks or view advertisements on their Lockers. Earnings are calculated based on Cost Per Mille (CPM) rates, which represent payment per thousand events.

No Guaranteed Earnings

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES REGARDING EARNINGS. Earnings are highly variable and depend on numerous factors including but not limited to:

• Traffic quality, volume, and geographic location
• User engagement and completion rates
• Advertiser demand and market conditions
• Integration performance and availability
• Fraud detection and traffic quality checks
• Seasonal fluctuations and economic conditions

Variable CPM Rates

ALL CPM RATES ARE VARIABLE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. We reserve the absolute right to:

• Adjust CPM rates upward or downward at our sole discretion
• Change rates based on traffic quality, country, integration type, or other factors
• Modify the calculation method for earnings
• Introduce new rate tiers or remove existing ones
• Apply different rates to different users or traffic sources

Historical earnings are not indicative of future earnings. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Earnings Calculation & Tracking

Earnings are calculated at the time of each monetization event using the CPM rate in effect at that moment. Once recorded, individual transaction amounts are fixed. However, we reserve the right to:

• Adjust or remove earnings from fraudulent, invalid, or suspicious traffic
• Correct calculation errors or system bugs
• Reverse transactions if third-party integrations fail or reverse payments
• Apply penalties or deductions for Terms violations

Fraud & Traffic Quality

We employ anti-fraud measures and traffic quality checks. Any activity we determine to be fraudulent, including but not limited to:

• Bot traffic or automated interactions
• Click fraud or artificial view inflation
• Incentivized traffic or paid-to-click schemes
• Self-clicking or circular traffic patterns
• VPN/proxy abuse or geo-spoofing

Will result in immediate removal of earnings, account suspension, and potential legal action. We do not owe payment for fraudulent traffic or activities that violate these Terms.

Third-Party Integration Earnings

When using our integrated third-party monetization partners (such as Lootlabs, Linkvertise, etc.), your earnings depend on:

• The third-party platform's payment to us, which varies
• Our revenue share percentage, which we may change at any time
• The third-party platform's terms, availability, and policies
• Traffic quality as determined by the third-party platform

We are not responsible for third-party platform issues, payment delays, or disputes. If you use your own API keys for third-party platforms, you are responsible for those relationships and earnings.

Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program, you may earn commissions from referrals. Affiliate earnings are subject to the same terms as other earnings, including our right to change commission rates, require traffic quality standards, and remove earnings from fraudulent referrals.

7. User Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and all consequences of posting or publishing it. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to use and authorize us to use the User Content.

License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service and for promotional purposes.

Content Guidelines

You agree that your User Content will not:

To receive payouts, you must:

• Comply with all Terms and maintain good account standing
• Have earnings from legitimate, non-fraudulent traffic only

Payout Processing

Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule, which we may change at any time. We reserve the right to:

• Delay payouts for investigation of suspicious activity
• Withhold payouts if you violate these Terms
• Require additional verification or documentation before processing payouts
• Change payout methods, processors, or schedules
• Apply fees for payment processing (which may be deducted from payouts)

Payout Disputes

You must report any payout discrepancies within 30 days of the payout. We will investigate and make a final determination at our sole discretion. Our decision is final and binding.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings. We may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities and may require you to provide tax information.

Subscription Services

If we offer subscription services or premium features in the future, you will be billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Terminating your account does not automatically entitle you to payouts if you have not met the payout threshold or if you are in violation of these Terms.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• All unpaid earnings may be forfeited
• We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING EARNINGS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT, TIMING, OR LIKELIHOOD OF EARNINGS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY SPECIFIC AMOUNT OR ANY AMOUNT AT ALL.

No Warranties on Availability or Security

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Class Action Waiver
